Mend Your Mindset Program


This program is about reclaiming responsibility and control over how you think and perceive yourself and the world around you. You’ll learn to cultivate a healthy mindset, making healthy eating feel effortless and natural. By becoming more present and aware of your thoughts and how they influence your behavior, you’ll harness the power of your mindset. This life-changing skill will empower you to make lasting improvements in any area of your life.


Build Your Body Program


Here’s where the fun begins! In this program, you’ll learn how to reset your body’s weight thermostat. There’s a reason you’ve been stuck at a certain weight range, and we’ll show you how to change that. By building one habit at a time—starting with proper hydration, balanced portions, and nourishing, enjoyable food—you’ll learn that this journey isn’t about restriction.
